Terms of Service

Fiorenci AB

Website: www.fiorenci.se

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Overview

Welcome to Fiorenci!

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website www.fiorenci.se and the products and services provided through it.

The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fiorenci AB, a company registered in Sweden.

Fiorenci operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") to provide customers with a convenient and reliable shopping experience.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or placing an order.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service do not exclude, restrict, or otherwise affect any mandatory rights you may have under Swedish consumer protection legislation or other applicable laws.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable statutory provisions shall prevail.

1. Access and account

To place an order through our online store, you must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

You may browse our website without creating an account. Certain features or services may require account registration.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing details, and delivery information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, please contact us promptly.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized activities, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection or data protection legislation.

2. Our products

Fiorenci offers perfumes, fragrances, and related products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability information are accurate and up to date.

However, product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on our website due to screen settings, manufacturing variations, or packaging updates made by manufacturers.

Such variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the purchase agreement.

Product availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where required by law.

All products are subject to the statutory requirements for product conformity and safety under applicable Swedish and European Union legislation.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our online store, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery information, and total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment confirming that we have received your order.

An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding purchase agreement is formed when Fiorenci expressly confirms acceptance of your order, normally through an order confirmation email, unless the checkout process expressly states otherwise.

We reserve the right to decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we do not accept, the payment will be refunded without undue delay.

Order cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order before the products have been delivered, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

If you request cancellation before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to stop processing and dispatch.

Where cancellation occurs before delivery, we may claim compensation only where permitted by applicable law and where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins after receipt of the final item, in accordance with applicable law.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at support@fiorenci.se, using our online withdrawal function, or otherwise providing a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You are not required to use a particular form of communication, provided that your decision to withdraw is clearly communicated within the statutory period.

Our online withdrawal function is available on our website in accordance with applicable Swedish legislation. Where this function is used, we will provide an acknowledgment of receipt in a durable format without undue delay.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this information has been communicated before purchase.

For sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, including qualifying sealed cosmetics and fragrances, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once the relevant seal has been broken after delivery.

This exception applies only where the legal conditions are satisfied. Opening ordinary external packaging does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value resulting from excessive handling.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Further information about withdrawal, returns, refunds, and complaints is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and billing

All prices displayed in our online store for consumers in Sweden are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are displayed separately and clearly before you complete your purchase.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and additional charges, will be presented at checkout before you place your order.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Fiorenci, except where permitted by applicable law.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed when your order is accepted, subject to applicable law.

When advertising a price reduction, we will provide information about the previous lowest price in accordance with the Swedish Price Information Act (Prisinformationslagen) and other applicable requirements.

We may occasionally offer promotions subject to separate terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information and to keep this information up to date.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation, including the Swedish Price Information Act.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout or provided in your order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed upon.

If no delivery time has been agreed upon, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with applicable law.

Fiorenci remains responsible for the products during transportation until they have been delivered to you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you independently arrange transportation through a carrier not offered by Fiorenci, the risk may transfer to you when the products are handed over to that carrier, as permitted by applicable law.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transportation, please contact us at support@fiorenci.se so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

In the event of delayed delivery, you may have the right to request delivery, withhold payment, cancel the purchase, or claim compensation in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation.

We are not liable for losses resulting from delays or failures where we can demonstrate that the circumstances meet the statutory conditions for exemption from liability under applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content made available through our website, including text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website design, logos, and other original materials, is owned by Fiorenci or used under permission or license from the relevant rights holders.

Such materials are protected by applicable Swedish, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.

The Fiorenci name, logo, and brand identity may be protected as trademarks or other intellectual property, where applicable.

Third-party brands, trademarks, product names, and logos displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of a product does not transfer ownership of any trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights associated with that product.

You may access and use our website for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or republish website content without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory exceptions or rights available under applicable intellectual property legislation.

7. Optional tools

Our Services may include tools, features, or integrations provided by third parties.

These may include payment providers, delivery services, product recommendation tools, and other functions intended to improve your shopping experience.

Certain third-party tools may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies established by their respective providers.

We do not control the independent operation of third-party services and cannot guarantee that every third-party feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

However, nothing in this section excludes or limits Fiorenci's legal responsibilities toward consumers under applicable Swedish or European Union legislation.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue optional tools and features from time to time, provided that doing so does not unlawfully affect existing contractual obligations or consumer rights.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, Fiorenci does not control or endorse the content, products, or services offered on independent third-party websites.

We encourage you to review the terms, privacy policies, and practices of any third-party website before using its services.

Fiorenci is not responsible for independent transactions made directly between you and unrelated third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our responsibility for services or third parties used to fulfill our own contractual obligations to you.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical e-commerce infrastructure used to operate our website and process certain interactions.

When you use our website, your device may communicate with Shopify's systems to enable the operation of the Services.

Shopify may process personal information in connection with providing these services, as further explained in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's applicable privacy notices.

All purchases made directly through the Fiorenci online store are sales between you and Fiorenci AB.

Fiorenci is the seller of the products and remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Fiorenci and does not independently become a party to the purchase agreement solely by providing the e-commerce platform.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any liability that Shopify or Fiorenci may have under mandatory applicable law.

10. Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in connection with your use of our website and Services.

Personal information may be processed for purposes including order fulfillment, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website is hosted through Shopify, which may process certain personal information to support the operation and security of our online store.

Personal data may also be processed by third-party service providers, including payment processors and delivery companies, in accordance with applicable law.

Where personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be applied where required by law.

Your rights regarding your personal information, including applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Where consent is legally required for certain processing activities, such as particular marketing communications or non-essential cookies, we will request it separately.

For further information, please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy:

https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit product reviews, suggestions, comments, or other feedback through our website or communication channels, you confirm that you are entitled to submit such content.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

Where you submit feedback for publication, you grant Fiorenci a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for purposes connected with our Services, to the extent necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Any use of feedback for additional purposes requiring consent will be subject to obtaining the appropriate permission.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms, provided that any moderation is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

We do not guarantee the publication of every review or comment submitted.

We will not falsely represent customer reviews or mislead consumers regarding the authenticity of published feedback.

The processing of personal information contained in feedback is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through our website is accurate and current.

Occasionally, typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, incorrect product descriptions, or availability errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and update website content.

If a significant error affects an order that has not yet been accepted, we may decline the order and notify you accordingly.

If an error is discovered after a binding purchase agreement has been formed, the rights and obligations of both parties will be determined in accordance with applicable contract and consumer protection law.

We will not unilaterally cancel a binding agreement merely because of an internal error unless permitted by applicable law.

Where an order is lawfully canceled after payment has been received, any amount due will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights concerning misleading information, incorrect pricing, or non-conforming products.

13. Prohibited uses

You may access and use our Services only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use our website or Services to:

a. Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities.

b. Violate applicable laws, regulations, or legally enforceable rights.

c. Infringe intellectual property rights belonging to Fiorenci or third parties.

d. Harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against other individuals.

e. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

f. Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful computer code.

g. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, accounts, or customer information.

h. Conduct phishing, identity theft, or other deceptive activities.

i. Interfere with the normal operation or security of our website.

j. Use automated tools to obtain unauthorized access to protected systems or data, or to circumvent technical security restrictions.

k. Collect personal information from other users unlawfully.

l. Use our Services for any other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to take reasonable and proportionate measures, including suspending access, where necessary to address suspected security threats, fraud, or serious violations of these Terms.

Any such action will be subject to applicable law and will not affect statutory consumer rights relating to existing purchases.

14. Agents

14.1 Definition

For the purposes of this section, an "Agent" means software or an automated system that performs actions autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of a person or organization.

14.2 Access

Automated access to the Services is permitted only where it complies with applicable law, these Terms, and any lawful technical access restrictions imposed by Fiorenci.

14.3 Identification

Where reasonably required and technically feasible, Agents accessing the Services must identify themselves accurately.

For HTTP/HTTPS requests, Agents may be required to include an appropriate identifier in the user-agent information, such as:

Agent/[agent name]

14.4 Restrictions

Agents must not:

a. Intentionally conceal their automated nature to bypass legitimate access restrictions.

b. Circumvent CAPTCHA systems or other technical security mechanisms.

c. Attempt unauthorized access to customer accounts, confidential information, or restricted systems.

d. Use automated processes to disrupt the functionality or security of the Services.

e. Collect or process personal information unlawfully.

14.5 Enforcement

Fiorenci may apply reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized automated access, protect customer information, and maintain the security and availability of its Services.

Nothing in this section restricts any activity that cannot lawfully be prohibited under applicable legislation.

15. Termination

You may stop using our website and Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to certain Services where reasonably necessary due to serious breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice before restricting or terminating access.

Termination of website access does not automatically cancel existing purchase agreements or remove rights and obligations arising from completed transactions.

Any outstanding payments, refunds, returns, complaints, or other contractual matters will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Provisions that are intended by their nature to survive termination, including intellectual property, applicable liability provisions, and dispute resolution, shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information presented through our Services are accurate and up to date.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device and screen settings used to view our website.

Such variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract.

Our products are subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Swedish law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

Under Swedish law, consumers generally have the right to complain about defects in products for a period of three years, provided that the applicable legal requirements are met.

Consumers must notify us of defects within a reasonable period after discovering them. A complaint made within two months of discovering a defect is always considered timely under the applicable Swedish rules.

For defects that become apparent within the first two years after delivery, the statutory presumption concerning defects existing at delivery applies, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, termination of the purchase, or compensation, as provided by applicable law.

Any remedies for defects covered by statutory consumer rights will be provided without additional cost to the consumer, as required by law.

Any commercial warranty offered by Fiorenci or a manufacturer is supplementary to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

Except for the rights and guarantees expressly provided under applicable law or separately offered by us, we do not provide additional voluntary warranties.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or otherwise affects any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under Swedish or applicable European Union law.

17. Limitation of liability

Fiorenci is committed to fulfilling its obligations under applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation.

We are responsible for defective products, delayed deliveries, and other breaches of our contractual obligations to the extent required by applicable law.

Where a customer suffers a loss as a result of a defective product or delayed delivery, compensation may be available in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and other applicable legislation.

We are not responsible for losses where we can demonstrate that the statutory conditions for exemption from liability are satisfied, including where a relevant obstacle was beyond our control, could not reasonably have been anticipated when the contract was concluded, and its consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome.

Any claim for compensation must satisfy the requirements of applicable law, including any requirements relating to causation, reasonable costs, and evidence of loss.

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fiorenci shall not be liable for losses that are not legally recoverable or that are unrelated to a breach of our legal or contractual obligations.

Nothing in this section limits your rights to statutory remedies, compensation, or other protections available under mandatory Swedish or European Union consumer protection laws.

18. Indemnification

You are responsible for your own unlawful conduct and any intentional misuse of our Services.

Where your unlawful actions or serious violations of these Terms cause demonstrable losses to Fiorenci or third parties, you may be liable for compensation to the extent provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation for consumers to compensate Fiorenci merely for exercising statutory consumer rights, submitting legitimate complaints, or pursuing lawful remedies.

Any claim for compensation will be subject to applicable legal requirements, including causation, proportionality, and the rules governing recoverable losses.

We will not impose unreasonable legal costs or contractual penalties on consumers in violation of mandatory consumer protection legislation.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be ineffective to the extent required by applicable law.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply where they can lawfully operate independently.

Nothing in this section permits the replacement or interpretation of an invalid provision in a manner that deprives consumers of mandatory statutory rights.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the relevant statutory provisions shall prevail.

20. Waiver; entire agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any contractual right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms of Service, together with the applicable policies and information made available to you before purchase, form part of the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from Fiorenci.

Where specific terms have been individually agreed upon, those terms shall apply in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes legally binding pre-contractual information, representations, or statutory consumer rights.

Any ambiguity in these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Swedish contract and consumer protection legislation.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your account or contractual obligations to another person without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Fiorenci may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms as part of a legitimate business restructuring, transfer of operations, or similar transaction, provided that such transfer does not adversely affect your mandatory consumer rights.

Any assignment or transfer shall be subject to applicable Swedish law and may require customer consent where legally necessary.

Nothing in this section permits Fiorenci to avoid its existing legal or contractual obligations toward consumers.

22. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any purchases made through Fiorenci shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or purchases made through our store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of Swedish law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of habitual residence where such protections apply under relevant European Union or international private law rules.

Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under mandatory applicable legislation.

Consumer dispute resolution

If you have a complaint concerning a purchase, please contact us first at support@fiorenci.se so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), subject to ARN's applicable rules and requirements.

Website: https://www.arn.se

You may also seek guidance from relevant consumer advisory services or pursue your rights through the competent courts.

23. Translations

These Terms of Service may be provided in languages other than English for the convenience of our customers.

Where different language versions are made available, we aim to ensure that they communicate the same rights and obligations.

In the event of any inconsistency between translations, the English version may be used as a reference for interpreting the intended meaning, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

However, no language version shall take precedence in a manner that restricts mandatory consumer rights or overrides legally required information provided to consumers.

Consumers retain all language-related rights and protections provided by applicable law.

24. Headings

The headings used in these Terms of Service are provided for convenience and ease of reference.

They do not independently alter the meaning, interpretation, or legal effect of the provisions.

25. Electronic communications

By using our Services or placing an order, you acknowledge that we may communicate with you electronically in connection with your purchases and use of our Services.

Such communications may include:

  • Order confirmations and receipts.

  • Payment and transaction information.

  • Shipping and delivery updates.

  • Information about returns, refunds, and complaints.

  • Important account or security notifications.

  • Updates concerning relevant contractual matters.

These communications may be sent by email, through your customer account, or through other appropriate electronic methods.

Marketing and promotional communications will be sent only where permitted under applicable marketing and data protection legislation.

Where consent is required, we will request it separately and provide appropriate options for withdrawing consent or opting out.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that we can communicate with you regarding your orders.

26. Changes to Terms of Service

The latest version of these Terms of Service will be available on our website.

Fiorenci may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable legislation, business operations, website functionality, or the Services we provide.

Any changes will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter existing purchase agreements or restrict rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

Your continued use of our website after changes have taken effect may indicate acceptance of the updated terms for future use, to the extent permitted by law.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent to a contractual change, such consent will be obtained.

27. Contact information

Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at Support@fiorenci.se.
